GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The prices shown are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.

The prices shown may result in exchanges of services, particularly in terms of the event or Fam Tours.

Special conditions:

20% discount for ARPTA Alentejo members until June 12th. Early bird registration available upon confirmation of participation until June 30th.

Conditions cannot be combined.

Payment methods:
✓ Upon receiving your registration form, we will send you our invoice.
✓ Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
✓ Your registration will only be effective upon receipt of full payment of the registration fee.

PAYMENT TERMS:
100% of the registration fee will be refunded within 15 days of submitting the registration form.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

✓ Spaces for the workshop are limited.
✓ Cancellation without charge will only be possible until July 10, 2026.
✓ After this date and until September 10th, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
✓ From September 11th onwards, no refunds will be possible.
