GENERAL CONDITIONS:

We advise you to send your application as soon as possible because the number of hosted buyers is limited and places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your stay will be fully organized from your arrival at the airport on November 10th until your return transfer to the airport on November 15th, 2025.

On the day of arrival, our organization will arrange a shuttle service from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Lisbon Airport to the event venue, the Dolce Campo Real Golf & Spa Resort, a fantastic hotel in the wine region of Lisbon, just 40 minutes from Lisbon.

On the day of departure, all excursions end with lunch in Lisbon and transportation to the airport. We therefore advise you to book a flight in the middle of the afternoon or at the end of the day to return to your destination or continue your journey.

If you choose to arrive earlier or stay later, the costs of transportation at different times or extra nights of accommodation will be at your own expense.
Flight costs to Portugal and back to your country of origin are at your own expense.
