GENERAL CONDITIONS:
We advise you to submit your application as soon as possible because the number of hosted buyers is limited and poster places will be allocated according to the "first come, first served" principle. Your stay will be fully organized from your arrival at the airport on November 16th until your return transfer to the airport on November 21st, 2026.
On the day of arrival, our organization will arrange a shuttle service from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM from Lisbon airport to the event venue, Vila Galé Alentejo Vinyards, located a few kilometers from the European Wine City 2026, Beja. It is a 2-hour drive from Lisbon airport.
On November 20th, all excursions end with dinner and accommodation in Évora.
We therefore advise you to book a flight from 1:00 PM onwards on November 21st to return to your destination or continue your trip.
If you choose to arrive earlier or stay later, the costs of travel at different times or extra nights of accommodation will be your responsibility.
The costs of the flight to Portugal and the return flight to your country of origin are your responsibility.
